Orders follow our pricing rules, Free Shipping policy, and optional express-shipping eligibility rules.
Custom-made products are non-returnable with refunds for verified quality issues only.

MakeDeez is an AI-powered design storefront that lets you create print-ready designs and order them on physical products. These Terms of Service apply to all users and visitors of MakeDeez. By using, visiting, or interacting with MakeDeez via its website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
MakeDeez is a worldwide service owned and operated by Nunuworks, Inc.When we refer to MakeDeez (“we”, “us” or “our”) in these Terms of Service, we refer to the MakeDeez website, applications, and services only, not to any other services owned or operated by Nunuworks, Inc. When we refer to users (or “you”), we mean all users and visitors to MakeDeez.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully and contact us if you have questions. For information about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- Account: Your MakeDeez account used to access the Service.
- Template: A MakeDeez template created and published by our team for users to start from. Templates have public metadata (like title, previews, and model configuration) and private, server-only instructions.
- Template Private Data / Prompt Macros: The server-only prompt and private instructions used to generate results. This is never intended to be disclosed to clients or the public.
- Input: Any text, images, files, or other materials you submit to MakeDeez (including prompts, top/bottom text, reference images, and configuration choices).
- Output / Generated Design: Any image/design generated or produced through MakeDeez in response to Inputs and configuration choices.
- Creation: A single run of the creation flow that produces Output(s) (including variants).
- Preview Image: A design image shown in the product UI to help you review and configure products before purchase.
- Print-Ready Assets: Assets intended for fulfillment (printing/production). These are not provided as separate download links prior to purchase.
- Share Page / Share Link: A public page that allows others to buy the exact generated design. Visitors cannot redesign or edit the image; they can only choose products and allowed options.
- Order: A purchase placed through MakeDeez for physical products containing your selected Output/design.
- Payment Processor: Our third-party payment processor(s) used to accept payments (for example, Stripe).
- Fulfillment Provider / Print Provider: Our third-party production and shipping provider(s) used to manufacture and ship physical products (for example, Printful).
- Content: Collectively, Inputs, Outputs, and any other materials submitted to or generated within MakeDeez (including share pages).
Your Account
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information in good faith (where requested) and keep it updated if it changes. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including maintaining the security of your account and devices. Contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
We offer sign-in through Google and Apple. Sign-in is required for authenticated actions and account features.
Abusive Conduct
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not do anything illegal, abusive toward others, or that abuses MakeDeez technically (for example, attempting to hack, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer private template prompts, or bypass limits).
If you find a new way to harm MakeDeez, our users, or our partners, we reserve the right to take swift action to prevent it, including suspending access, cancelling orders, removing content, or restricting features.
Service Use and Access
MakeDeez provides a template-first experience where users can generate designs using templates and prompts, then purchase physical products containing those designs. Public share pages allow others to buy the same design, but do not allow redesign/editing.
You understand and agree that:
- Templates are created by our team and may change over time.
- Certain parts of templates (prompt macros/private instructions) are server-only and are not accessible to users.
- Share pages are public and expose only safe, non-editable data for purchasing the exact design.
Creation Limits and Fair Use
To protect the Service, control costs, and prevent abuse, MakeDeez enforces creation limits server-side. Creations require sign-in. Current limits include:
- Signed-in users: 5 per day, 50 total creations in the current allowance cycle
- Purchasers: 10 per day, 100 total creations in the current allowance cycle, refilled by each completed purchase
Limits may be enforced per account, per session, per device, and/or using other abuse-prevention methods. Attempting to bypass limits is prohibited.
We may change limits and entitlements over time, including testing changes with subsets of users, to improve reliability and sustainability.
Shipping Eligibility and Country Restrictions
MakeDeez does not ship everywhere. Shipping is restricted to a defined allowlist of countries (ISO alpha-2). Users outside this list cannot proceed with creating designs or checkout.
We may update the allowlist at any time based on operational, legal, sanctions, and partner constraints.
Express shipping is not guaranteed for every order. Availability depends on the exact destination, product mix, and fulfillment constraints confirmed at checkout.
Orders, Pricing, and Checkout
MakeDeez uses a consistent pricing rule for products. Listed item prices are rounded to customer-facing retail prices and include Free Shipping for the destination region.
Free Shipping is included with listed item prices. When available, express shipping is offered as an optional paid upgrade that only charges the difference between express and standard shipping for the exact cart and address.
Orders with 10 or more items in a single checkout may automatically receive a 10% bulk discount. Any applied bulk discount is shown in cart and checkout, applies to the item subtotal, and does not stack with other discounts unless we expressly say otherwise.
Checkout and payments are processed through our Payment Processor, and fulfillment is handled through our Fulfillment Provider. You authorize us (and our Payment Processor) to charge your payment method for your order total, including any displayed discount, applicable taxes, and any optional express-shipping fee shown at checkout.
We may validate shipping country eligibility, express-shipping availability, and address details at checkout and reject orders that do not meet requirements.
MakeDeez may display prices in multiple currencies depending on region and settings (for example USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Your final charged currency and exchange handling are determined by the checkout flow and Payment Processor.
We do not promise to collect or remit all taxes in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for any taxes required by your local jurisdiction unless explicitly collected at checkout.
Refunds, No Returns, and Disputes for Physical Goods
MakeDeez products are custom-made and printed after your order is confirmed. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only available for verified quality issues such as print errors, defects, or transit damage, and requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Examples:
- Misprint/print defect
- Wrong item received
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor color variation
- Normal wear/washing damage
If approved, we may offer a free reprint/replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
We monitor refund requests for abuse. Accounts flagged for excessive refunds may lose access to standard refund privileges.
International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country. These fees are not collected at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our refund policy.
Shipping Notices and Delays
Shipping timelines and tracking updates depend on carriers and customs. Delays can occur outside of our control (for example, carrier disruptions or customs clearance delays), including on express shipments.
Free Shipping is included with item pricing. Express shipping, when offered, is a separate optional checkout fee and remains an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If your cart contents or shipping address change before payment, the available express option and fee may change or disappear. Delivery delays alone do not create an automatic refund right.
Your Content, Permissions, and Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights/permissions to upload and use your Inputs (including reference images, logos, names, or likenesses).
- Your Inputs and your use of Outputs do not infringe or violate the rights of any person or entity (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
- You will not use MakeDeez to generate illegal content, counterfeit goods, or infringing designs.
You retain ownership of your Inputs. You grant MakeDeez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, modify (for technical purposes), and display your Inputs solely as needed to operate and provide the Service, including generating Outputs, fulfilling orders, and operating share pages.
Templates include server-only instructions and prompt macros that must never be readable by clients. You agree not to attempt to access, extract, reverse engineer, or disclose any private template prompts, internal model routing, or other confidential system components.
Intellectual Property Rights
MakeDeez (and/or its licensors) owns the MakeDeez Service, including templates (excluding your Inputs), site/app design, logos, icons, and underlying code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our Service or proprietary assets unless we give you permission in writing.
AI and Service Disclaimer
MakeDeez uses automated systems (including AI model providers) to generate Outputs. AI systems may produce unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or undesirable results. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing Outputs before purchasing products,
- Ensuring designs meet your intended use and legal requirements,
- Ensuring spelling, sizing, colors, and layout are acceptable for printing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that any Output will meet your expectations. Use of MakeDeez is at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
MakeDeez relies on third-party providers for key parts of the Service, including:
- Payments (for example, Stripe)
- Fulfillment (for example, Printful)
- Shipping carriers and AI model providers
Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, acts, omissions, or policy changes.
Restrictions (Age and Eligibility)
MakeDeez is intended for users who are 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you may not use MakeDeez.
We may restrict access to comply with laws, sanctions, trade restrictions, partner requirements, and fraud prevention.
Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using MakeDeez at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we believe:
- You violated these Terms or our policies,
- Your use creates risk for MakeDeez, other users, or partners,
- Your activity appears fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful,
- We are required to do so by law.
Effects of termination may include loss of access to designs, orders, share links, and any associated entitlements. Any licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease upon termination.
Warranty Disclaimer
MakeDeez is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunuworks, Inc., MakeDeez, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or harms arising from AI-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to MakeDeez or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to MakeDeez for the order or service giving rise to the claim (or, if no payment was made, a nominal amount), as determined by applicable law.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless MakeDeez, Nunuworks, Inc., and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service,
- Your Inputs or Outputs,
- Your violation of these Terms,
- Your violation of any law or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
We reserve the right to control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We encourage you to contact us first if you have an issue. If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MakeDeez, the dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the British Columbia courts to resolve any such dispute.
British Columbia law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these Terms, our policies, and any dispute that arises between you and MakeDeez.
Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service and referenced policies from time to time. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will provide notice (for example via email or a notice on our website) before changes take effect.
Your continued use of MakeDeez after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
Conclusion
These Terms of Service and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to enforce it; if it cannot be modified, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
